GB060

The smallest core shooter of the PCM Production. It allows to make cores of small dimensions up to cores of 20 kg.

  • Individual design: 5 different configurations and different options available.
  • Compact construction: space optimization.
  • Optimized layout: for easy checks and quick maintenance.
  • Quick connections: easy interface to any type of P.C.M.product
  • Easy to use: quick and intuitive use via HMI touch screen.
  • Good movements: linear transducers allow precise positioning.
  • Adaptive system: easy tooling to existing core boxes.
  • Safety: safe machines even during the core unloading phase.
  • Arrangement: ready for industry 4.0 interface.

The GB060 core making machine is compact and versatile. It allows to produce small and medium-sized foundry cores for all types of boxes. Through the ideal choice of optionals it is possible to manage not only simple boxes with horizontal or vertical division but also boxes up to four pieces.

The strong point of this model is the extraction table; the extraction table has a cantilevered construction and allows the operator to easily extract cores with crates with only vertical division. In the case of horizontal cores, the core will be taken outside the machine. In case of crates with several parts, you can choose whether to work with the fixed table inside or with the movable lower part.
